Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Mimi has traveled much of the country and has landed in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Boone, North Carolina. At Appalachian State University Mimi is a Senior in the Interior Design program following her passion for creating immersive and unique spaces.
