Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Mimi has traveled much of the country and has landed in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Boone, North Carolina. At Appalachian State University Mimi is a Senior in the Interior Design program following her passion for creating immersive and unique spaces. In her free time she enjoys cooking, camping, and caring for her many plants and two cats Lena & Ducky.
